  • 降准：存款准备金是指中央银行强制要求商业银行，将其存款按照一定比率作为准备金，不得随意动用。打比方说，存款准备金率达到10％，相当于老百姓在商业银行每存一百元，就有10元被放进了央行，商业银行不得动用这10元去放贷。央行货币政策之一。降低存款准备金率，表明流动性已开始步入逐步释放过程。（中国：上调、下调0.5个百分点。）
